Dear Hiring Team at Modern Family Law,
I am writing to apply for the Director of AI and Legal Innovation position. The mandate you describe, building the operating model that turns AI strategy into measurable client and operational impact, is the work I have been doing for the last decade and the work I want to do for the next.
For 35 years I have led enterprise transformation, AI delivery, and operating-model design across global programs. I rationalized a $70M application portfolio at AstraZeneca and MedImmune by 44 percent, stood up Marriott's first DevSecOps Pod in 90 days to protect $180M in cross-border revenue, and operationalized 50-plus production AI use cases across 10 industries under the EGP AI Operating Framework. Across three decades I have carried aggregate program budgets above $1 trillion, taken over failed engagements and rebuilt them around defensible frameworks, and closed M and A cutovers (Marriott, Starwood, Ritz Carlton, Bvlgari) on time.
What I would bring to Modern Family Law on day one is not a methodology promise but a shipped operating system: the EGP AI Operating Framework with four-lens governance, Customer-Zero feedback loop, multi-LLM fallback, and vector-RAG with drift monitoring. I have walked it through real P and L decisions, regulated workloads, and board-grade telemetry. The skills you list, including AI strategy, AI governance, AI implementation, AI roadmap, workflow automation, workflow orchestration, map directly to capabilities I run today.
I would welcome a conversation about how this fits your priorities. I can be reached at Marc.Williams@EnRoute.Global or +1.703.989.9728, and my LinkedIn profile at https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcrwilliams/ carries the long-form record.
Sincerely,
Marc Williams
